Keep ascending and break it up however you want between partners. One set of Dumbbells and only one partner works at a time.

Hollow Hold Challenge. Everyone holds a hollow hold. Winner gets a Fitaid of their choice. Coach will determine whether or not standards were met during challenge. Ex. Arms stayed locked out over head, shoulder blades are off ground and feet/legs stayed straight and off ground.

If you fall out of hollow hold complete sit-ups until last remaining person falls out.
