Warm-up
800m jog (4-5min)

Line drills, your choice (4-5min):
– High knees, butt-kickers, karaoke, side lunges, over/under fence, etc.

Mobility:
– 10 dynamic pigeon (alternate sides, hold for 5-10)
– 5 dragon to half split, ea. side (lunge forward,
drive chest forward over knee, hold for 5, sit back,
straighten leg, head to knee, hold for 5)
– 5 kneeling lunge, ea. side (drive hips forward,
chest up, shoulders over hips, hold for 5)

20 x 50m Sprints
