Warm-up
1 mile run (work those sprints out)

5 inchworms w/ 2 push-ups
5 bootstraps, hold for 3 at top & bottom
10 alt. scorpions, hold for 3 ea. side
30sec down dog, walk into..
30sec forward fold, roll up slowly
Arm circles – big, med, small, forward & back

Weightlifting
Clean and Jerk (5×5)
use what you have, – barbell, dumbells, wallball, loaded backpack – if only one KB, do 5 each side

go slowly, focus on form – tight core, chest tall, shoulders back and down
