Hang Power Clean (2-2-2-2-2-2-2)
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets. Goal is 75% or higher of 1RM hang power clean (for each set).
Strength
Dips (40)
Ring Dips, Bar Dips or Bench Dips. Complete in as few sets as possible. Make weighted if you want.
