To provide a positive experience for our young athletes! To help shape children’s lifelong definition of health and fitness, by pairing working out and fun to build habits that last a lifetime. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for our Kids where they can have fun, stay active, and learn proper functional mechanics. We want to encourage them to pursue a fun active lifestyle over a potential harmful sedentary one.

Hang out with friends and make new ones. Part of the fun is being active with your peers and everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, the FCCF Kids Program will give them an opportunity to engage in healthy activity.

Make no mistake, we are going to move! We will optimize physical competence in the 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Proper Functional Mechanics (Technique)

It’s important to move correctly and learn this at a young age. CrossFit programming emphasizes functional movement. This means your children can take the skills learned in the gym and translate them to everyday activities and sports.

*We understand that every child develops at different levels. Our program is developed to be universally scale-able. This means all experience levels will be able to perform the workouts without the concern of being left out. We not only to want make our kids fitter but also boost self-esteem and confidence.
