We ask all new members to start in our Foundations Classes. These classes are designed to set you up for success before entering our general classes, designed to give you an introduction to the CrossFit Methodologies, build your proficiency in CrossFit fundamental movements, and safely ease you into the intensity of our program. On average it will take 4-6 Foundations Classes before moving into CrossFit Classes. However, we encourage new members to stay in Foundations as long as you need.
