We ask all new members to start in our Foundations Classes, which are designed to set you up for success before entering our general classes. Foundations will give you an introduction to the CrossFit Methodologies, build your proficiency in CrossFit fundamental movements, and safely ease you into the intensity of our program. On average, it takes 4-6 Foundations Classes before moving into our regular CrossFit Classes. However, we encourage new members to stay in Foundations as long as needed.

*If you have CrossFit experience and feel you do not need Foundations, we can do an evaluation upon your first scheduled visit.
