What is QuickFit?

QuickFit is a high-energy, fast-paced class that packs in elements of aerobic, strength, and mobility exercises in just 45 minutes or less. QuickFIt classes are designed on the same principles as our regular CrossFit classes (i.e. varied, functional, high intensity) but with less emphasis on the barbell and more on body weight conditioning, core strengthening, and mobility improvement. Attendees can expect a start to finish sweat with lots of light to moderate load AMRAPs, EMOMs and Interval style workouts. (Ages 13+)
